TRAINING - ARBITRATION/TRIBUNAL ADVOCACY SKILLS COURSE
With offices in Ottawa and Toronto
In this workshop client representatives (labour relations personnel and union representatives) learn how to build cases for arbitration or tribunal hearings. Participants learn how to develop theories, interview witnesses, collect and preserve evidence and otherwise prepare cases to be argued for hearing. In addition to preparing cases in role play exercises, the participants get to see the cases they have prepared unfold in mock hearings in which they take turns playing the role of witnesses, board side chairs and counsel.
